Sudah lama ingin buat blueberrycheese cake ni tp rs macam la teramat la susah ... semalam aku gi bayar and settle eletrical bill problem menyambillah beli barang nak buat blueberry cheesecake ni..kalau tak xde la dapat nak keluar sebab xde kenderaan.. so bila ade je kenderaan yang boleh ditunggang hehe... panjangla langkah...

Jadi bila segala barang yang diperlukan sudah lengkap...hari ini aku mulakan upacara blueberry cheese cake's baking... yes aku nak try jd k tak.. hmm ingredients adalah seperti berikut :

Base
  1. 150gm cookie crumbs
  2. unsalted butter, melted

Method:
  1. Combine the cookie crumbs and butter in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Pack the crumbs into the pan, making sure to spread them about a quarter of the way up the sides of the pan.
  3. Place the crust in the refrigerator while you prepare the filling.








Filling
  1. 3 (8 ounce) creamy cheese
  2. 3 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  3. lemon zest and 1/2 cup the juice
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 1/2 cup heavy cream
  6. 2 tbsp vanilla essence

The cake is ready to eat....


method:
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F
  2. Combine the cream cheese and the sugar in the bowl of the electric mixer fitted paddle attachment.
  3. Mix a medium speed until smooth and fullfy. (4-5 mins).
  4. Beat the eggs and the yolk in the one at time making sure to scape down the sides of the bowl occasionally.
  5. Add the heavy cream, lemon zest and juice, the flour, vanilla and the salt.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Using a rubber spatula, carefully mix in the blueberry.
  8. Pour the filling into the prepared pan.
  9. Place the pan on the oven tray and put the hot water and put in the oven (this is the waterbath method) for 15 mins.
  10. Lower the oven tempreture to the 200 F and bake for an hour.
  11. Once done, turn off the oven and open the oven door slightly.
  12. Leave the cheesecake in the oven for 45 mins.
  13. Remove the cheesecake and let it cool completely on a wire rack.
  14. Once it's cool put the extra blueberry on the cheesecake as a decoration and refrigerate the cheesecake for 2-3 hours.
  15. After completely cool serve the cheesecake and ready to eat.

Last 2 days i'v made Kek Batik Biskut Marie... today suddenly I felt tempted to make doughnut for my lil' prince... my hobby in a free time if i'm not lazzy..huhu.. so i just make 1 dough, it's could be makes 27 - 30 pieces of Donut Mama. I'v been fried some pieces Donut Mama and keep some more pieces in refrigerator. So anytime me or my lil' hilmi wants the Donut Mama ade je lam freezer tuh..


all the ingredients mix together...

Ingredients:
3 1/2 tsp yeast 
1/4 cup air suam
1 1/2 cup susu segar
1/2 cup Castor sugar
1 tsp salt
2 biji telur
1/3 cup butter
5 cups tepung

Cara-cara:
1.  Masukkan air suam dan yeast tadi dalam mangkuk besar (mixing bowl). Biar hingga
     berbuih.
2.  Masukkan susu, gula, garam, telur, butter, dan 2 cawan tepung dan gaulkan sehingga 
     sebati. Masukkan lagi tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga menjadi doh. Uli 
     doh hingga permukaannya menjadi tidak melekat pada tangan.
3.  Tutup mangkuk dengan kain yang lembap / plastic wrap dan biarkan sehingga naik 2 kali 
     ganda. Bagi yang ada breadmaker boleh sediakan doh dalam breadmaker menu membuat 
     roti.
4.  Taburkan sediki tepung di atas papan canai. Ceraikan kepada ketebalan 1/2 inci dan 
     potong dengan donut cutter. Bagi yang tiada donut cutter bahagikan doh kepada 18 sama 
     besar. Bulatkan doh dan buat lubang di tengah-tengah menggunakan jari.
5.  Tutup donut dengan kain kering dan rehat selama 30 minit atau sehingga naik 2 kali
     ganda.
6.  Panaskan minyak. Goreng hingga kuning keemasan. Jangan guna api besar kerana donut 
     senang hangus dan dalamnya tidak masak.
7.  Toskan minyak dan salutkan gula semasa donut tengah panas.

Sebenarnya dah lama teringin nak buat kek Batik ni sbb bila gi beli minum pg or ptg kat satu tempat tu, ade la jual kek batik yg dahsiap potong n siap pack.. dalam satu packet ade 4 potong kecil harga nya RM2.00 sangat la xberbaloi rasanye tu yg xpuas hati...tp dari hari k hari nak buat tp tak buat2 pon nak start buat punya la malas...tp bila dah start buat kejap je...hehe...


250gm double boiled butter


Milo 200gm


Biskut Marie 200gm


Butter + susu pekat 1/2 tin + milo di double boil...


Setelah Biskut Marie dimasukkan skali...


Hasilnye setelah dituangkan ke dalam tin pembakar kek sebelum disejukkan didalam fridge. Setelah sejuk and keras bolehla dipotong dan dihidangkan...

Nasi Ayam Fried Chicken

4 April 2010 dalam kol 1.30 baru siap masak Nasi Ayam Fried Chicken. Huhu... ini adalah resipi aku sendiri...aku ingat masak terlebih sudah and akan terbuang juga nanti tp alhamdulillah pas makan malam lam kol 11.30 mlm tgk balance tinggal sikit je nasib baik. Maknanya sedap la nasi ayam aku ni ek...hehe... tu pon tak habis sbb ayam xcukup klu ayam ade lagi sah2 habis je.. Oopsss makan tengah malam lak hehe...habis la badan aku yg maintain ni... smua nya pasal aku kuar pas maghrib and balik terlewat sudah.

Apple pie


Apple pie.. ade la buat 3 biji saje suka-suka teringin nak makan n ms tengah lapang. Tp sayang anak aku hilmi tak berapa suka sebab masam. Ish Tekak melayu la sangat tak reti nak cuba makan dulu langsung. Ape yang dia suka donut. Kek pon hilmi xberapa suka. Aku ni bila dah rajin nak buat so buatla tp sedihnya xde sambutan ape juga la yang aku nak buat bagi anak aku hilmi ni suka ek...hmmm
